3. Return Process

  2. Return Authorization:

  3. Shipping the Item Back:
    • Pack the item securely.
    • Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defect.
